Professional Silent Pet Hair Trimmer

One of my fur babies is very shy and scared when it comes to a lot of things, especially something loud touching her, so when searching for clippers low noise was a must. I was very impressed with how quiet it was and that my baby girl wasn’t as frightened when getting a hair cut. I was actually very excited with how well she did when using these clippers compared to the loud ones I was previously using. The battery lasted through all three of my small dogs and was so nice not having a cord constantly getting in the way. My oldest fur baby has extra skin/rolls (he’s a pug) and I didn’t feel like I was going to hurt him trying to get around his face/neck. The size made it so easy to groom areas that were a pain before and I wasn’t constantly worried the clippers would nick any of the dogs skin. Overall very pleased and would HIGHLY recommend - as I already have to family and friends.

Works amazingly! First time I used it, just sat a can of wet foot in front of my cats. Second time, did the same. Now that it's the 3rd time, I didn't have to use a trick at all. They both sat calmly while a got a few minutes of shaving in. They were fed up after a few min. But then after giving them a 2 min break were ready to go again.

I have a very very skittish puppy. I knew he wouldn’t be comfortable going to a professional groomer, but I needed to trim his butt hair for sanitary reasons. I’ve never used a dog shaver before, but it was really easy. I took some time to acclimate my puppy to the noise and while I thought it was quiet, I could see him flinch every time I turned it on. A good tip is to turn it on while your dog is eating a high-value treat and turn it off just before they finish the treat. They will build that positive association and realize the noise is not a bad thing and it means yummy treats! Hope this lasts me for awhile, but the price couldn’t be beat and it accomplished what I wanted. With time hopefully I will learn how to cut his fur without making it look so choppy.

This worked so much better than I thought it would. My cat is old, crabby and smart as a whip. After some bowl issues, she went to the vet to have an enema. This resulted in her getting very wet, which resulted in lots of matted long fur. I charged the cord-free (YeaH!) razor and got both her haunches done before she realized it. Since then, it has been a bit of a battle, but this is not the razor's fault. It works well and is very quiet. It came with various other products (attachments, nail clippers, nail file and scissors...I kept the latter for my own hair!).

Let me preface by admitting I have never -ever- used clippers in my life. Not even for people hair. I can't compare these to any other brand, I can only tell you my experience. I had no idea what to expect or what I was doing but I was getting desperate. My dog is a long-haired something or another mix, who also is incredibly intolerant of being restrained, so vet visits, groomers, etc have always been a nightmare. For years I have just let his fur do it's own thing, no cuts, just brushing daily and the occasional bath. Anyone with a long-haired double-coated dog knows how terrible the shedding can be. No matter how much I brush and sweep, it seems like there is still hair everywhere. I surprised myself. He surprised me too. The clippers are not loud, but they certainly aren't silent either. Regardless the sound was soft enough to not spook him any, so I went for it. Pretty sure he just thought I was brushing him for most of the process (which he LOVES), so he let me trim him down in ease.. at least for the most part. He still has a nice little bush going on in his butt crack but I'll take what I can get at this point. I am happy to report that the bare-backed slathering has improved his skin ten fold, and I could not have done it without these. And my house!! Oh, am I enjoying a shed-free house! For the first time in years, I can skip sweeping for a week and have no one notice. We will definitely be using these again in the future. I just need to practice a little with the guards and hopefully soon enough it will look at least semi "professional."
