I was looking for an anti-anxiety jacket for my 4-senior chihuahuas and I can honestly say that it WORKS!!!
I think the only thing that needs to be adjusted is a wiggle room forvwhen they pee.

This jacket works. My dog has the worse anxiety I've ever seen due to being with awful people that abused him. He would scream bloody murder if you tried picking him up. He would pee and poop everywhere if he was stressed, it was awful! I know it works! I would recommend this jacket if you have a traumatized pup.

Our pup is TERRIFIED of thunder and loud noises like fireworks. He Cabot takes many medications because he has seizures. This helps. It is not 100% and he is still nervous...but it is an improvement for sure.
Compressions shirts do not work on all dogs. Luckily it does with mine.
We like this brand/model because it is easy to take on and off and it is easy to adjust the compression with the velcro strap around the middle.
Overall great product that works like it says it will!

This vest is verry well made! Best pressure vest I have found! My dog has high anxiety and is very hyper active. This vest has more than half calmed her down. She is so comfortable and so chill. Our life the past 2 days has been so much better without her pacing and panting! Life changing!!!

Super awesome material. It is super soft and very lightweight. It fits great on my chi weenie. I ordered a medium for her and it fits perfectly maybe a little too long but it fits everywhere else. My dog actually likes it.

My dog has massive anxiety over loud booms. Fireworks, thunderstorms, etc make her shake uncontrollably. We have tried everything from calming techniques, loud music to cover the noise, anxiety medication from the vet, etc. We had another jacket before this and it seemed to help a little but she would still shake for hours on end. I bought this jacket and I’m so glad I did. When we put this one on her she is asleep within minutes. This jacket combined with some music to drown out the big booms has worked wonders. I think the design of this one with the chest covered is what really makes the difference. I highly recommend it!

I really can't believe how much this helped my nervous baby. He's afraid of storms, and with spring increasing with nasty weather, I thought I'd give it pill a try. It came today lucky in time for today's storm. I put it on, and she didn't mind a few hours after it started rushing in, and she wasn't freaking out like she used to. I thought this would be something else I ordered that would sit and collect dust. However, I was wrong, and it worked! I hope it continues to work for him throughout the spring and summer.

I wouldn't say this jacket "cures" my dog, but it does help a lot on car trips. My dog never lays down and only breathes heavily when we have to take him in the car (usually to see family 4 hours away). I can tell you this jacket helped, and after about a 15-minute car ride, he lay down and wasn't panicking as usual. I will invest in this jacket if your dog has trouble driving a car.

The quality of the product is good, both the fabric and the zipper and velcro it has. I use it for my pug which has a sore chest area, so this is perfect to cover that area.

This jacket is well made! I love the zipper on the back and like the flap that goes down and up to fasten. Best pressure vest I found! My dog has HIGH anxiety and is very active. This jacket had more than half calmed him down. He was so comfortable and so cold. Our lives for the past 2-days have been much better without him pacing and panting! LIFE CHANGE!

So I had to wash it, and my son tried to put him on the bed, and he screamed and whimpered afterward, but as soon as I washed up it and returned the jacket to my son, it was okay to pick it up that is how I found out. Work! I would recommend this jacket if you have a traumatized puppy.

Very comfortable. Large Velcro strap. My dog has a large coat so for me, this is a bit difficult to put on. Once upon a time, he seemed quite happy. I would use him on long car trips, 3 hours or so, because he is a whiner. Only worn once seem to work.
