Shipping & Deliveries
Please allow 4-12 business days for shipping due to the pandemic (varies by location, excluding custom clearance if applicable). You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships.
NOTE: These are estimated delivery times. Snoozify Pet does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your estimated delivery date. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us for an expedited shipping quote.
Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.
We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Snoozify Pet does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
